Stacia Skinner, President and Author

Stacia Skinner is president of Creative Training Solutions, Ltd. (CTS) and recently relocated to Easton, Maryland. For the previous 16 years, CTS was headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. She brings more than twenty-two years of extensive sales training and thirty years of personal sales experience to the training she conducts. 

Stacia is the author of two books: The first is Sell Now! (an Adams Media e-book). Her second title, released in 2019, is Competitive Selling: The Guidebook to Proactive Calling in a Reactive World. A third book is in the works regarding Virtual Selling due out 2021! 

Prior to launching CTS, Stacia worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, specialty advertising, environmental, publishing, and hospitality. Creative Training Solution’s satisfied clients come from a multitude of different industries. She has trained salespeople at all levels of experience, both domestically and internationally. 

Stacia practices what she preaches in her training programs, balancing the work of managing the company, going after new business, and developing and conducting her customized training programs. She always brings a passionate and enthusiastic style to her time-tested trainings. Stacia is a salesperson first and a trainer second. By being in the field of sales for her own business, she experiences and understands just what is happening in the ever-changing world of sales.

On a personal note, Stacia has been involved for many years in raising funds for Ride for Kids that supports The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. She has also been involved with the Ride for Hope that supports Ovarian Cancer research. Giving back is a high priority. Outside of work, Stacia is passionate about family, travel and her Harley Davidson. If she is not riding, she is golfing, skiing, biking or keeping active.
